RETURNS

Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is received by the customer, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, we will be happy to assist you in case of alterations.

CANCELLATIONS

Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, the customer can cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. We will refund the money once the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. In all other use cases, we do not offer any refunds.

Once a customer has been refunded, the payment will be settled into their primary payment method within 10 business days from the date of the refund made.

SHIPPING

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is charged as per the weight of the order and is completely borne by the customer. Every order is shipped within 15-20 days as per the order requirements.

The minimum number of days for the dispatch is 20 days and the maximum number of days is 35 days.

The product will be delivered within 30-45 days within India.

However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.

TAXES & DUTIES
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
